
For Pick up the property
We provide 4 channels for the passengers who would like to contact as per followings.
1. Lost and Found counter at the departure hall on the 3 floor at terminal 2

4. Passengers can report lost luggage through the online Lost Property form at https://lostandfound.airportthai.co.th/public-form/

Collecting time
- Operation time for information 24 hours
- Weekend and Holidays collecting time:
The appointment date and time of collecting property must be confirmed at least working day in advance. After making an appointment you will received a Tag Number for your lost property as a confirmation.
NOTE: If you do not get your property back within the appointment date and time, you need to make a new appointment.
