Wheelchair Counter Service

Free Wheelchair Service for Passengers Requiring Assistance

Terms and Conditions:
1. Wheelchair service is provided to assist passengers during check-in and within the airport premises only.
2. If passengers require assistance in pushing the wheelchair from the check-in counter to the boarding gate, please contact the airline staff at the check-in counters within the airport.
3. Borrowers must present a valid ID card, driver's license, or passport to borrow the wheelchair, and return it to the service point upon completion of use.
Note: Only original documents are accepted. Service will be denied if the required documents are not provided.
4. When moving between floors, please use the elevator only.
5. Borrowers are responsible for the proper care of the wheelchair. Any damage or loss will be the borrower's financial responsibility.
6. The airport authority is not liable for any accidents occurring during the use of the wheelchair.
