• Present your travel documents at the airline counter (organized by the airline you are traveling with).
• Have your baggage screened through the X-ray machine. (Ensure your baggage does not contain prohibited or dangerous items.)

Step 3: Proceed to the international departures area

• After completing baggage inspection, please follow the signs for " All Gates " and take the escalator to the 3rd floor. Then, continue walking following the signs for "Departure Gates 1-6, 12-15, 21-26," keeping to the right. You will find the entrance to the international departure area.

Step 4: Check flight information (GATE)

• Verify your departure gate from the Flight Information screens or inquire at the information counter.

Step 5: Boarding Gate

• Proceed to the designated gate and prepare for boarding.

 

2. Steps for Connecting from a Domestic Flight to a Domestic Flight

Step 1: Disembark and follow the signs

 

• Upon landing on the 2nd floor (domestic arrivals), follow the signs marked “Transfer to Domestic”
• Note: Passengers traveling with Thai Lion Air must exit the terminal and go through the departure process again, as there is no airline staff stationed at the transfer point.

Step 2: Document and baggage screening

• Present your travel documents at the airline counter (organized by the airline you are traveling with).
• Have your baggage screened through the X-ray machine. (Ensure your baggage does not contain prohibited or dangerous items.)

Step 3: Proceed to the domestic departures area

• After completing the baggage screening, take the escalator to the 3rd floor. You will see a glass exit door that leads to the domestic departures area.

Step 4: Check flight information (GATE)

• Verify your departure gate from the Flight Information screens or inquire at the information counter.

Step 5: Boarding gate

• Proceed to the designated gate and prepare for boarding.

 

3. Steps for Connecting from an International Flight to an International Flight
