Step 2: Quarantine Checkpoint (For International Passengers Only)

  • International Communicable Disease Control Checkpoint
  • Yellow Fever Screening

Step 3: Passport Control (For International Passengers Only)

  • Special Lanes for the following passenger categories:
    • Diplomatic Passport Holders
    • Government Officials
    • Flight Crew
    • Monks
    • Senior Citizens (over 70 years old)
    • Pregnant Women
    • Infants and Children
    • Passengers with Disabilities

Step 4: Baggage Claim

  • Baggage Carousels 9–15 for domestic passengers
  • Baggage Carousels 1–6 for international passengers
  • Baggage Claim Assistance for Lost or Damaged Baggage
    • Airline service counters are located in the baggage claim hall for both international and domestic arrivals on Level 1,Terminal 1
